Chef Jesus began his career in 2013. He’s worked for concepts like BJ’s, Cheesecake Factory, and Buca di Beppo. Jesus chose to come work at Kebab Grill & Deli because he has experience with mediterranean cuisine, and he is excited to build out the concept. When he was approached to create this new concept, he was excited for the possibilities. Every dish is made from scratch, fresh daily. Not one item on the menu is frozen, and chef Jesus takes pride in this! His favorite thing to cook at home is Mexican food, and his favorite thing on the Kebab menu is Chicken Kebabs with Spicy Hummus. He also loves the Steak Panini. Eventually, he hopes that the concept will be developed into a high end restaurant.
