Chef

Chef Enrico Glaudo started in restaurants and hospitality when he was 14 years old. He became an Executive Chef when he was 21 years old. He was the youngest Chef in a Michelin Starred restaurant in Bergamo, Italy. He worked for Millennium Biltmore Hotel in Los Angeles, in addition to Granduca and Cavour. He has spent the last 35 years developing and opening concepts in Los Angeles. He now joins us during the re-development of Biest Italian Kitchen.
