Chef Peter of Kuwada
Chef

Chef Peter began his career in 1994. He has been the executive chef of numerous fine dining experiences, especially in hotels and casinos. He opened his first restaurant in Newport Beach, followed by Las Vegas. Both restaurants were omakase style, which essentially means Chef’s Choice. Chef Peter loves to cook Japanese food at home, and puts an emphasis on creating small plates. He loved the atmosphere and vision at Kuwada, and happily accepted the position as executive Chef in 2023. His goal for Kuwada is to continue to serve fresh, incredible sushi, and continue to bring a fine Japanese dining experience to Rancho Cucamonga. He has a concept for small plates (tapas style) that will be unparalleled! Chef Peter is passionate about creating an incredible experience for our guests at Kuwada.
